Registration Information
We are excited about our ability to offer Online Registration for Cheer/Football Season. We offer payment plans as well. The payment plan packages start in February and end on July 1st.
You will need to create an account in your name and add your child as a participant, then download your registration forms and print. Items Needed as follows:
1: You will need to bring your completed 2023 POP WARNER FORMS including an updated physical with MD signature and office stamp.
2: Your child's ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE which you will be given back when the participants season is completely over & you have returned all equipment given from the beginning of the season.
3: The child's FINAL REPORT CARD with all semesters included.
4. All payments and paperwork must be received in full in order for your child to receive equipment and or cheer uniform.

FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE IS MONDAY AUGUST 1st 2023
FOOTBALL will practice at Eli Whitney Field.
CHEER will meet at Hamden Middle School Field
Please note: Registration Fees are as follows: (Late fees apply to any registration after July 31st)
No Refunds after first week of August, unless team can not be filled.
All Registration Fees will include a $50 volunteer fee. We ask all parents to volunteer 8 hrs through out the seasons entirety including post season playoffs, if you should fulfill your hours you will receive your $50 back at the completion of the season.
$370 Cheerleader (Competitive Teams) All Inclusive Rate for Teams Tiny Mite, Mitey Mite, JPW, PW,JV and up (Includes Registration, Uniform, Sneakers, Bows, and Much more.)
$280 Tackle Football (Teams 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, & 13U) Rate Includes Registration, Helmet, Equipment, Game and Practice Jersey & Game and Practice Pants.
