FUNDRAISING

The HFFCA depends on fundraising to help make purchases and pay the Association's bills necessary to efficiently run the Association. The participation of everyone is vital in helping us attain our goals and keeping our registration fees down.

We will be implementing fundraising throughout the season and we need your help. You can offer your help or ideas by clicking here to contact any member of the Executive Board.

Hamden Hurricanes Fundraising Car Wash

was held at FIRESTONE, 2300 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden, Connecticut on Sunday, August 15, 2010 from 10am - 2pm

Our car wash was a very successful event that helped raise funds to assist us in our goals to provide equipment and pay operational costs. The event not only raised funds for the HFFCA, but provided some fun for those who participated. The weather was good and the parents coaches, football players and cheerleaders brought theirs smiles and enthusiasm and washed loads of cars. Be sure to join us at our next fundraiser!

Thanks to all of the football players, cheerleaders, parents and coaches who rolled up their sleeves, grabbed a sponge and helped wash the cars.

Special thanks to Erin Giordano, Theresa J. Kearney, Ed Slusars and Randy Guevin for their efforts in organizing this event! The HFFCA also gives very special thanks to our community member, FIRESTONE, for the gracious use of their facility to perform the car wash. Thanks FIRESTONE!!!
